What a waste of time even after an update. I had no problems using this app last year & now I can't sign in. I went through the steps to reset the password & changed my password on my profile, but it will not let me sign in on the app. The reset email only works online & it will not work on the app. I thought it was just me, but read how many recent reviews are the same log in issues with the app. I'm removing this app as soon as I finish this sentence.

Had an acct for years. The app and customer service (seemingly) flat-out refuse to do anything to help or can even be bothered to respond. WTAF? Where are my rewards points going, since the only option I have is to use my phone # when I make a purchase? I'm not even sure how many $20-25 purchases I've made in the last 5 years, with only my phone # and NO WAY of knowing how many points I even have., yet no one will step up and do their damn job to HELP! I'm NEVER once told I HAVE rewards to use!

App doesn't work. Add my items in cart. When about to check out it says sorry we're unable to contact Yogurtland. Now I have to use Doordash.
